1.Users had better check the surrounding environment, fastening bolt, situation of oil leakage before start operating so that it can create a better condition for normal operation.

2.If users put a new motorized pulley into use, it's better to check the vibration of whole machine, noise and the temperature of all spare parts after 10 minutes' operation.

3.Please check two parts if there is the situation of oil leakage: one is oil seal, check whether the oil seal is wore or out of shape; another is that the air outlet cannot be blocked, users had better clear away dust, oil contamination and other impurities if there is the phenomenon of blockage.

Vibrating feeder can evenly and continuously transport materials from storage bin to receiving hopper. So it can be widely used in coal,metallurgy,mineral separation,etc. But how to use vibrating feeder safely, the notices are as follows:

I.Lubrication

What users should know is that regular maintenance and overhaul can not only prolong lifespan of machine, but also ensure normal work. And users should pay attention to the following notices:

1.Based on the different use place and temperature, users should choose different  lubricating oil, and generally it should be gear oil.

2. Make sure that the height of thin oil in vibration exciter should exceed oil leveler. And the oil should be changed new one per three to six months.

II.Pay Attention to Safety Technology

1.Never operate machine if the machine operators do not learn the knowledge of safety technology.

2.It is prohibited that there is someone standing beside machine during operating.

3.Users should check amplitude of vibration motor. If there is something wrong, please turn off machine right away and maintain it.

1: drip-proof: vertical drop of water will not directly enter into the motor.

2:15 degrees angle drip proof: within a range of 15 degrees angle, water drop will not directly enter into the motor. 

3: 60 degrees angle water spray proof: within a range of 60 degrees angle, water-spray will not directly enter into the motor.

 

4: water splash proof: splash water in any direction will not bring harmful effects to motor.

5: water spray proof: spray water in any direction will not bring harmful effects to motor.

6: water waves or strong water spray proof: furious waves or strong water spray will not bring harmful effects to motor.

7: water immersion proof: motor immersed in the water under a stipulated pressure and time, the water inflow will not bring harmful effects.
