When the material is discharged, impact force caused by the falling materials can be reduced through elasticity of buffer bed to ensure that belt conveyor can operate normally. I. Main features 

1. Smooth UHMW polyethylene surface can make the friction between belt and buffer strips minimize. 

2. The front and rear ends of polyethylene surface becomes into a curved, thus ensuring conveyor belt goes through smoothly. 

3. Each section of the buffer strip is connected by heat vulcanization.
