Ways to Judge Whether Roller Bearing is Failure

As we all know, roller is the main spare parts of belt conveyor, while bearing is precision parts of roller. But in the process of using, bearing is very easy to be damaged. How to avoid its failure? If users can identify whether the bearing is failure or not by not removing inspection, it will improve productivity greatly. 

Firstly, we can judge whether the bearing is faulty or not by sound bearing which requires the operators have a lot of experience. It must go through rigorous training to judge if the sound is produced by bearing. 

Secondly, we can judge it by the temperature of working device, but this method has some limitations. We need to constantly record the temperature changes to judge whether the bearing is failure in the operating conditions. 

Finally, we can judge whether the bearing is fault by dirty situation of lubricant when adding lubricant to bearing. If there are other different things mixed with lubricant, then the bearing must be damaged.
